Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor

Many factors can influence your blood pressure, with the Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor, you can keep track of your measurements.

Measuring your blood pressure at home helps to understand your body.

Featuring an easy to adjust arm cuff and screen.

1 – Insert 3x AAA batteries into the monitor.

2 – Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, 2–3 cm above the elbow, with the tube facing down and the artery mark over the inside of your arm.

3 – Sit upright with feet flat on the floor. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is level with your heart.

4 – Relax for about 5 minutes before taking a reading.

5 – Press the Start/Stop button. The cuff will inflate and then slowly deflate.

6 – Wait for the reading to appear on the screen. It will show your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate.

7 – To take another reading, wait at least 3 minutes before pressing Start/Stop again.

8 – When finished, remove the cuff and switch off the monitor.

9 – Store the monitor and cuff in a dry, safe place.

Only a physician can tell your normal BP range. Please contact a physician if your measuring result falls out of the range. Kindly note that only a physician could tell whether your blood pressure value has reached a dangerous point.

Please note that the device does not replace a cardiac examination, but serves to detect pulse irregularities at an early stage.

Store the monitor and cuff in a dry, safe place.
