Subscriptions, Pre-Orders & Cancellations Policy
Some AtheroCare products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these purchases work and how you can manage, change, or cancel them.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout.
Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose a prepaid option.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
You can manage, change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or through your customer account or by using the link below.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or not yet available for dispatch.
We may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout, and securely store your payment details to process any remaining balance when the product becomes available.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled.
Once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
